Mary Carlton is the sole manager of VDPS. She
is a nationally certified paralegal and Arizona Certified Legal Document
Preparer (CLDP). Mary has over 19 years of civil legal experience. She
understands the need for competent and accurate legal document
preparation at affordable prices.
All work is accurate, competent and
affordable. All fees and costs are disclosed at the onset of the
project - there are no surprises. All document work is structured on
a flat fee basis plus the cost of court fees, publication fees, and
recording fees. All costs are required to be paid in advance. Document
preparation fees are paid upon completion of the project.
